How is years-of-service severance calculated in Chile?

It corresponds to one salary for each year worked capped at 330 UF, plus a 20% surcharge if the employer did not have unemployment insurance.

What contributions does the calculator deduct?

The calculator applies AFP deductions (10% plus commission), health (7% Fonasa or Isapre) and AFC (unemployment insurance).
